Working with Your Wealth at the Level That Actually Matters
Most families arrive at legacy planning with a financial plan already in place. What they often don't have is a shared understanding of what the wealth is for, how it shapes their relationships, and what they want the next generation to receive beyond the assets themselves. That's where this work begins.
SEEDED
SEEDED
A six-session facilitated process for individuals and couples
SEEDED is where the internal work happens. Before wealth becomes a family story, before it shapes how your children understand money or how your partnership navigates financial decisions, it lives inside each person as a set of beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that were formed long before the wealth arrived.
SEEDED creates the space to surface all of that, understand it, and develop clarity about who you are in relationship to your wealth and what you want it to mean going forward.
This is not therapy and not financial advising. It is a structured facilitated process grounded in proprietary frameworks, with a trained practitioner at the center. Clients leave with a Money Identity Map and a written summary document that can be shared with their financial advisor, giving their planning team the context and language to serve them more effectively.
SEEDED for Individuals is for wealth creators who want to make meaning of what they've built, understand the beliefs and patterns shaping their financial behavior, and develop clarity about the kind of steward they want to be. It is particularly well suited for entrepreneurs navigating a liquidity event, first-generation wealth creators moving into a new socioeconomic reality, and individuals preparing for significant financial transitions.
SEEDED includes six structured fully virtual 75-90 minute sessions
Investment: $8,500
SEEDED for Couples is the same six-session process adapted for partners navigating shared wealth. In addition to individual identity work, the process explores how each partner's beliefs and patterns interact in shared decision-making, where misalignment or avoidance exists, and what shared values and vision the couple wants to build from.
Couples receive individual reflections within a shared Legacy Map and a joint summary designed to be shared with their advisory team.
Investment: $11,500
SEEDED Intensive is a one to two day in-person immersive format that covers the full SEEDED arc in a compressed experience. Travel and accommodations are covered by the client. This format is well suited for clients who are time-constrained and ready to do focused, uninterrupted work.
Investment: Starting at $15,000
ROOTED
ROOTED
An ongoing retainer engagement for families ready to integrate
ROOTED is what comes after SEEDED, when a family is ready to move from clarity into practice. Where SEEDED builds individual and relational understanding, ROOTED is the longer-term container in which families begin to live that understanding, test it against real decisions, and build the practices and shared language that will hold their wealth intentionally across generations.
This is not a fixed curriculum. It is a responsive, ongoing engagement that accompanies families through the actual moments of their wealth journey. A new financial decision, a conversation about what to tell the children, a shift in circumstance that raises questions the family hasn't faced before. ROOTED is where those moments get worked through with the depth and care they deserve.
The engagement includes monthly facilitated sessions, access to brief consultations between sessions, a mid-point review conversation, and a closing integration summary at the end of the engagement period.
ROOTED is available in six-month and twelve-month structures, and is designed primarily for families who have completed SEEDED or who are entering at a moment when increased familial complexity has become real and immediate.

A note on advisor partnerships
SEEDED and ROOTED are designed to work alongside your existing advisory relationships, not to replace them. With client consent, a written summary of the SEEDED engagement is provided to the client's financial planning team, giving advisors the context and language to serve their clients more effectively.
