Building Financial Capital is One Thing…
The other part is understanding what the wealth is for, who you are in relationship to it, and what you want your family to carry forward.
Most wealth creators arrive at that question without a real process for answering it. The internal work, understanding what the wealth means, what you want it to do for your family, and what you want the next generation to receive beyond the assets themselves, rarely gets done with the same intention and care as the financial planning did. And the gap that creates doesn't show up immediately. It shows up a generation later, in children who don't know how to hold what they've been given, in families where wealth becomes a source of tension rather than connection, and in legacies that don't survive the transition.
That gap is where I work.
My clients are people in the process of building, inheriting, or transitioning into significant wealth. They may be approaching or navigating a liquidity event. They may be first-generation wealth creators making sense of a new socioeconomic reality. They may be couples whose wealth is growing faster than their shared language around it. Or they may be parents who are beginning to think seriously about what they want to pass on, and realizing that values, identity, and intention are harder to transfer than assets.
What they have in common is that they are at a moment where being intentional about this work will shape everything that comes after.
How I Can Support You
I work at the intersection of family relationships, wealth, and identity. My approach is clinical in its rigor and relational in its orientation. This is not therapy and not financial advising. It is a structured, facilitated process that helps wealth creators and their families develop the clarity, shared language, and intentional framework that makes everything else, the planning conversations, the family decisions, the next-generation preparation, more grounded and more effective.
SEEDED is a six-session facilitated process for individuals and couples. It surfaces the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that shape how someone relates to wealth, and builds the clarity and shared language needed to engage intentionally with what they've built.
ROOTED is an ongoing retainer engagement for families ready to move from clarity into practice, building the relational infrastructure that holds wealth intentionally across generations.
The families who thrive across generations are not necessarily the ones with the most sophisticated financial structures. They are the ones who did this work first.
